We want you to feel confident when purchasing your personalized FutureWise roadmap. If your roadmap does not feel helpful or aligned with your goals, we will make it right.
1. 14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
You may request a revision or refund within 14 days of receiving your roadmap.
2. Revision-First Policy
Because roadmaps are personalized and cannot be “returned,” all refund requests begin with a complimentary revised version.To request a revision, you must provide feedback explaining what felt unclear, incomplete, or misaligned. Most customers find that the revised roadmap fully meets their expectations.
3. Refund Eligibility
If you remain unsatisfied after receiving your revised roadmap, you may request a full refund within the original 14-day window.Refunds are processed through Wix Payments and typically appear within 5–10 business days.
4. When Refunds May Not Apply
We may decline a refund if:
- Feedback for revision is not provided
- The revision is refused
- The request is made after 14 days
- Multiple revisions have already been provided
- There is evidence of fraudulent or abusive behavior
